The monthin review

Recognition of our people, the July recap, and what we are rolling out — Tuesday 4 August, 10:00.

To start us off · 3½ minutes · impact through inspiration

August’s clip · straight to the hook: Sinek’s golden circle — “people don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it”. Plays 1:40→5:52, hard-stops on “do business with people who believe what you believe”. Timestamps from the talk’s transcript.

Top content · the read

What the data says

  1. Indonesia is the reach engine — Autos ID reels hit 2–6M views, and ID also owns the top Business reel (1.2M) and carousel (174K).
  2. Reels far outreach carousels — top reels reach millions; the best carousels peak in the low hundred-thousands. Reels drive discovery.
  3. Homes & Foodie skew Singapore — SG leads reach in both. Wealth is the smallest vertical and Malaysia-led across formats.
  4. Engagement ≠ views — the highest-engagement pieces (Merc SLS 15.8%, Mas Aris carousel 13.9%) aren't always the most-viewed.

Qualified = entered sales-qualified stage (or beyond) during the month — registry-approved definition. Raw and qualified always shown together.

Part three

Moving forward

How we meet, how we protect our data, and how we work with AI from here.

How we run

Our meeting rhythm

  1. Monday — leadership meeting.
  2. First Tuesday of the month — Town Hall, this meeting. Moved from Wednesday.
  3. Tuesday huddle — every department, same day. Cascade what came out of the leadership meeting and align across teams, so nobody is working off old information.
Moving forward · security

Devices & data protection

Company devices are going managed (MDM)
Laptops and phones are moving to managed company devices so company data is secured at company level. If you need a company device, declare it to your manager now.
Password management rollout
A company-wide password manager is being prepared — final updates before it lands.
Data protection — SG · MY · ID
Practical do's and don'ts for all three markets are coming. Our Data Protection Officer is Mike.
Moving forward · AI

AI, the Koocester way

AI is not a downsizing programme. Nobody is being replaced — we are doing this differently from other companies.
  1. Everyone gets upskilled — to direct, supervise and quality-check AI agents.
  2. Agents take the mundane work — so your hours go to work that matters.
  3. People move to human-centred roles — trainer, sales, producer, community & customer success, brand.
Learn & grow

Trainings live on the staff portal

Your trainings are on the staff portal — use it. Fewer hours on mundane work, more meaningful output starts with the upskilling.
Client story of the month

No story this month — and that is the story

No client feedback came in during July. The feedback form goes out when a project is completed and paid, and the pipeline is live — but no real responses have arrived yet. This slide never invents a story; it waits for a real one.
  1. The ask — when your project wraps, nudge the client to fill the 60-second feedback form.
  2. Next month — the highest-rated real feedback appears here, verbatim, with the client and the team named.
One thing that went wrong

Qualification fell off a cliff

Leads dipped 28% in July — but qualified leads fell from 40 to 9. The top of the funnel softened; the middle nearly stalled. Reach was never the problem this month — conversion was.
  1. Qualify every real lead fast — work it within the hour, move the stage in HubSpot so the work is visible.
  2. Lead magnets on every top video — the biggest July hits ran without a strong capture path.
  3. Watch it weekly — qualified leads now sit on the weekly deck with WoW, so this cannot drift for a month unseen.

Chosen from the month’s statistics, told without blame, with the concrete change — exactly one per month, by the spec.

Together

One team, one direction.

Thank you for July. Next Town Hall: Tuesday 1 September, 10:00.
